Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock Trailer!

AppleTV+ just dropped the first official trailer for their Fraggle Rock rebook, Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock and it's a doozy!

Yes, you saw that correctly, we have confirmation and our first looks at the Gorg's garden, castle, and  Jr, Ma and Pa Gorg as well! 

Not only that, but the OTHER inhabitants of the Gorg's garden - Marjorie the Trash Heap and her compatriots Philo and Gunge, too!

We also see the new Doc (played by Lilli Cooper), Sprocket, and their workshop:

Anyone else notice the blurred picture behind the dancing Sprocket?

I wonder what that is and who they blurred it for the trailer? Kinda looks like a certain worm giving an "ello" cameo:

The trailer also shows off some great camera work and amazing puppetry tricks!

And the Minstrels - Balsam, Brool, and very frowed-out CANTUS!

Wow, who knew they did blow outs in Fraggle Rock!

Throwback Thursday: Invisible Spray Fozzie!

It's hard to believe, but July 14th marked the 15th anniversary of Muppets From Space. 

With Comic Con revving up in San Diego, for today's Throwback Thursday we'll look at Palisades' "Invisible Spray Fozzie" action figure.

The figure was a Comic Con exclusive in 2002 and marked many firsts, and not just for the Palisades action figure line. Even though it was based on the series 2 Fozzie mold, it was actually released before that series, making this the first Fozzie in the line. 

"Invisible Spray Fozzie" was also not just the first Palisades figure specially based on a Muppet movie, but also the first widely released non-happy meal toy from Muppets From Space that wasn't a book, puzzle, or magic slate. 

The figure came in this specialty designed box and included a Rubber Duckie (officially not Ernie's, unofficially absolutely Ernie's ) and an invisible magnetic hat.
