Kidrobot "The Muppet Christmas Carol" Bob Cratchit with Tiny Tim Plush!

Kidrobot is expanding their Muppet plush line with a two-character plush from The Muppet Christmas Carol -  Kermit the Frog and Robin as Bob Cratchit and Tiny Tim.

This marks the first time a Robin plush has been released and commemorates the "Christmas Scat" scene.

Celebrate the season with Kidrobot and Disney's The Muppets in the classic holiday film The Muppet Christmas Carol. Kermit the Frog and his nephew Robin the Frog play the parts of Bob Cratchit and Tiny Tim.

Celebrate this beloved retelling of the timeless Dickens tale with these huggable plush characters. They measure 13' tall and are made of the softest premium materials and holiday cheer!

The stitching kinda make it look like Kermit and Robin have mustaches, but otherwise this looks like a great addition to any holiday decoration.

DST Announces Lips and Lew Zealand Action Figures!

At San Diego Comic Con, over the weekend, Diamond Select Toys showed off their upcoming Sweetums and Robin two-pack, that their Uncle Deadly and Pepe two-pack should be in stores soon, and announced their next two-pack will be Lips and Lew Zealand!

Diamond Select Announces Sweetums & Robin Two-Pack!

Diamond Select Toys held a showcase yesterday celebrating the 25th anniversary of the company as well as a look at their upcoming products. 

One of which was the reveal of the latest addition to their Muppet action figure line - Sweetums and Robin!

Above is the fist look at an early sculpt for the "Deluxe Action Figure" sculpted by Adam Van Winkler!

UPDATE: Sweetums will be 9" tall. 

No release date was provided, but it'll probably be sometime next year before we see it ready for pre-order. 

Robin Joins the Muppet Babies!

Robin is the latest classic Muppet to join the rebooted Muppet Babies crew!

Below is a clip of Robin's first appearance on the show:

Unlike other classic characters being introduced in the new series, this isn't Robin's first association with Muppet Babies.

He appeared as an even younger tadpole in the classic series episode "Close Encounters of the Frog Kind," as well as in live action form in a series of wrap around segments for a series of  Muppet Babies storybook videos.

Kermit’s nephew, Robin, comes to visit and everyone is excited to play with him, but Kermit is very protective and asks him to sit out on a lot of the games because he feels he is too small to keep up with the others.
