Park Series Waldo Vinylmation!

Disney Parks, as part of their Vinylmation "Park Series" has a new Waldo C. Graphic figure!

As you can see, unlike the regular Vinylmation line, Park Series figures are not beholden to the Mickey Mouse shape. 

This Waldo has some great fluidity, my only complaint is that his nose is just painted on. For the "spirit of 3D" his face looks rather flat. 

Luckily he's not the more rare "chaser" as he was in the Muppet line, but these are blind boxed, like regular Vinylmation.

So please note, while you can order Park Series 5 figures from Disney.com, you're not guaranteed to get Waldo. Unless you're feeling lucky the only way to ensure you get one may be trading or ebay.

Swedish Chef Food & Wine Vinylmation!

For the past few years Disney has released a special Vinylmation for the Food & Wine Festival held at the Epcot theme park. Usually the figure is chef from a Disney film, such as Chef Louis from The Little Mermaid or Chef Gusteau from Ratatouille.This year it's the Swedish Chef that gets the special "Eachez" Food and Wine Vinylmation treatment.

For those that are wondering, "Eachez" refers to way these Vinylmation are sold. Each is blind boxed and either contains the common or variant version. It hasn't been revealed which is which yet, but typically the messy version is the variant. 

These will be available only at Epocot's Food & Wine Festival which runs from September 25 - November 16, 2015.

Limited Edition Vinylmation Trading Night Kermit!

Friday saw the surprise release of a limited edition Vinylmation Trade Night Kermit "eachez" figure.

The figure, with an edition size of 500, was only available at D Street in Disneyland® Resort's Downtown Disney® District and quickly sold out.

"Eachez" is Disney's term for limited editions with variants. There are 9 out of 10 chances of getting a green Kermit the Frog and 1 out of 10 chances of getting the clear version. With an edition size of only 500 total that makes 450 total green "common" Kermit's and 50 total clear Kermit's.

Each blind box originally retailed for $16.95, as you can imagine, they immediately hit ebay and vinyl trading sites for prices many times that.
