Newhart starred on sitcoms as The Bob Newhart Show and Newhart. Surprisingly the comedy legend didn't win his Emmy until 2013 for guest starring on The Big Bag Theory.
In 1992, Newhart hosted Holiday Greetings from the Ed Sullivan Show, a special that featured guest appearances by Kermit, Miss Piggy, Gonzo, Rizzo, Fozzie, and other Muppets.
