READYMADE Kermit the Frog Plush!

Japanese company READYMADE is releasing a new Kermit the Frog plush. 

This official Kermit the Frog plush is timed for the 10th-anniversary of 2011's The Muppets, and made in the signature READYMADE style of upcycled military tent fabric. 

This Kermit doll is officially licensed and has posable arms and legs. 

 It comes is Shōwa era toy packaging, and stands 24.5 inches in height.

READYMADE will be releasing this Kermit plush at the end of the month.

Again, we do not own these clips, nor do we make any guarantees to how long they'll be available, so watch them while you can!

Street Gang Coming to HBOMax!

At long last, the excellent documentary Street Gang How we Got To Sesame Street, is coming to HBOMax. 

To announce the premiere HBO released a new poster (above) and a new trailer (below). 

Street Gang How we Got To Sesame Street will begin streaming December 13th on HBOMax.

"The Sesame Street Podcast With Foley And Friends" Renewed For Two Seasons!

The Sesame Street Podcast With Foley And Friends has been renewed for two seasons.

Audible Inc., the leading creator and provider of premium audio storytelling, and Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit organization behind Sesame Street, today announced the return of their original Sesame Street podcast. Hosted by new monster on the block Foley, it's the first podcast of its kind from the beloved children's show – with original music, interactive games, jokes, and visits from friends like Elmo in every episode. Praised as "exuberant" by the Associated Press and "educational" by USA Today, The Sesame Street Podcast with Foley & Friends will launch its second season on January 27th, 2022 with 15 new episodes. Season Three will follow at a later date. A Spanish-language version of Season One will also be released on January 27th, 2022 making the podcast accessible to more families than ever.

"The Sesame Street Podcast with Foley & Friends started as a bold experiment – a Sesame Street Muppet had never hosted a podcast before! But we've been thrilled to see how well families have responded to the series, and we can't wait to share more of Foley and Mikee's adventures," said Jen Ahearn, Sesame Workshop's Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. Kermit Promotes Disney+ at Destination D23!

Now only did Disney's Destination D23 convention this weekend unveil a slew of Muppet merchandise, on Sunday Kermit himself made an appearance to promote some of the many Muppet offerings on Disney+.

Kermit appeared about the 20min in to the over 3 hour video, but we have just the Kermit and Muppet portion for you below:

To promote Muppets Haunted Mansion, Kermit presented bloopers and a clip from the Disney+ series Disney Insider about the making of Muppets Haunted Mansion.

You can watch the entire Disney Insider - Muppets Haunted Mansion segment with producer/writer/performer Bill Barretta and production designer Darcy Provost, along with Imagineer Kim Irvine on Disney+.

Also of note, it seems that Disney+ has reinstated their Muppets Collection.

For those unaware, when Disney+ launched on November 19th 2019, The Muppets were featured in a collection of their movies and specials available on the platform then for some reason it was removed. But rejoice as The Muppets Collection in back!

Not only is Disney+'s Muppet Collection back, it now includes A Muppets Christmas: Letters to Santa. Below is Disney's new promo celebrating The Muppets official streaming home:

Massive Amount Muppet Exclusives Released at Destination D23!

Disney released a plethora of jaw dropping items featuring The Muppets at their exclusive Destination D23 event. 

The Muppet area included a few new Muppets Haunted Mansion items including a new shirt and print:

A section of Muppet*Vision 3D items, including black and white shirts, sweatshirts, and coffee mugs:

The Muppets Studio had a whole selection of shirts, hats, bags, and more featuring the newest Muppet logo:

They also had a Muppets Studio box (?)

And directors chair!

That's not all, after years teasing park visitors with PizzeRizzo merch you couldn't buy, they had a ton of PizzeRizzo items including shirts, smocks, hats, jackets, and mugs. 

No word yet on if this items are truly exclusive to the event, or are test items Disney plans to release openly in the parks. These are stuff Muppet fans have been asking Disney to release for years and I hope Disney makes them available to as many fans as possible.
