RIP Eric Bauza (1979 - 2026)

Sad news as voice actor Eric Bauza has died.

Bauza provided the voice of Baby Fozzie, Bunsen Honeydew, Robin, Sam, and Statler in the 2018 Muppet Babies series. He was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Performer in a Preschool Animated Program in 2019 for his work on the show.

Bauza also voiced the Muppet version of Baby Fozzie for the short series Muppet Babies Play Date shorts and the "Wocka Wocka" animated plush doll.

Bauza's first major voiceover role was Stimpy on Ren & Stimpy's Adult Party Cartoon, where he was also a layout artist.

He has since played roles on various animated series including The Fairly OddParents, and DuckTales (2017) and has become the voice actor for many classic Looney Tunes characters including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, and many many others as well as Woody Woodpecker.

Eric Bauza was 46.
