Even though they were announced back in May, according to our source at McFarlane, they have now decided to hold them off until 2019.
Most likely the change was made to better position the toys alongside the new Netflix series.
So sadly, it seems we'll just have to wait another year to add these figures to our collections.
The new DC series? As someone who's been into DC since it came out, I feel a certain entitlement. If they want to coincide a wave of figures representing the new series, fine, do that. But don't screw the old school fans, create a first wave representing the classic characters. Funko already screwed us up on the ReAction series letting it die too soon, now further disappointment from McFarlane.
