Only a few days ago Disney released the first two photos from the upcoming Muppets Haunted Mansion special and now guests at Disney Parks After Hours Boo Bash got a first look at the poster art!
The image above was on candy bags given out to guests at the event.
Gonzo and Pepe look to be in their same outfits from the teaser photos, but Kermit, Miss Piggy, and Fozzie have really gotten into the "spirit" of the special!
We're entirely not sure who Kermit is supposed to be yet, probably the "Ghost Host" (devotees of the Haunted Mansion please weigh in), Fozzie is the Hatbox Ghost, and Miss Piggy is the detached head of Madame Leota.
Uncle Deadly makes the most sense to be the Ghost Host. Kermit looks more like Hercule Poirot, but why Poirot is in the Haunted Mansion is anyone's guess :)
ReplyDeleteSo I think Kermit might be "George Hightower" he was one of the former owners of the Haunted Mansion. He was the fifth husband to Constance who killed him with a hatchet.
