Muppets Mayhem Easter Eggs: Track 10!

The Muppets Mayhem is filled with many hidden and not so hidden Easter eggs for fans to discover.

There are so many in fact that we're going track by track (episode by episode) to help you spot them.

Track 10: "We Will Rock You"

The cold opens beings with "Previously on" which is actually a new cold open before cutting to clips and a recap of the series.

There a callback to Nora's misunderstanding to Kiss's "Rock N Roll All Night"

Zoot exhibits his photos at The Mallory Gallery a reference to The Great Muppet Caper.

Dr. Teeth and Penny take a trip on the "Jalapeno Princess" which is actually the dry locked tourist attraction, The Queen Mary.

At his TEDTalk, Lips is dressed in jeans and a black turtle neck similar to Steve Jobs.

The band "Amplifies" their bus in an homage to Mad Max Fury Road.

The cover of the actual Electric Mayhem album is shown at the record store.

The band uses a gospel choir for their Hollywood Bowl, similar to them using one during The Muppets Take The Bowl and O2 shows.

Zoot calls attention to a photo in the bus of band "taking Manhattan" a refence to The Muppets Take Manhattan.

With the Mayhem bus, the Mallory Gallory and Zoot's "Manhattan" taking photo, this episode references all three original Muppet movies.

The Mayhem's bus from The Muppet Movie returns when they finally looks in the shack's garage.

However, this is NOT the original bus. It's a recreation, as sadly, the original caught fire and was destroyed shortly after being used in 2011's The Muppets.

You can tell this is not the original bus because the one used in The Muppet Movie had 4 windows on each said while the used in The Muppets Mayhem has 5. As such the paintings are slightly different as well.

In the closing shot, Zoot says "This one's for Kermit."

Cameos:

Kristen Schaal as Jenny, Floyd's assistant

Series writer Hannah Friedman as a Fersurlian

(Help needed with the names of these two comedic actors) as the Art Critics

Statler and Waldorf as themselves

And I'm sure there are even more hidden cast & crew photos in the bus.

And that brings us to the end of the series (so far). Hopefully The Muppets Mayhem will renewed and we'll be able to share even more Easter eggs.
