Kermit & Stan Smith Adidas ads!

Not only is Adidas releasing Kermit Stan Smith sneakers, but Kermit and Stan are appearing in a series of ads to promote them.

References to other green Disney owned characters like Yoda and the Hulk also appear, as these characters will soon get their own Disney and Stan Smith sustainable sneaker 

collections as well. 

Both Kermit Stan Smith sneakers will be available from adidas.com on April 1st. 

Kermit Adidas Stan Smith Sneakers!

Kermit The Frog is getting the Adidas "Stan Smith" treatment. 

While the Muppets have partnered with Adidas for years, this is the first time the shoe company has used The Muppets on Stan Smith branded sneakers. 

For those that don't know (including myself until I looked it up) Stan Smith, was an American tennis player who was active from the end of the 1960s to the beginning of the 1980's. 

The first pair unveiled has small patches of green, Kermit's name, and small green outlined Kermit on one side:

While the second pair is unapologetic in its Muppetness and features various images of Kermit around the entire shoe. 

Both Kermit Stan Smith sneakers will be available later tis year from adidas.com for $90 USD each.
