Get a behind the scenes look as Walt Disney Imagineering uses motion capture technology to bring Scooter to life for Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets!

While Disney Imagineers have used motion capture to help bring Audio-Animatronics figures to life before, but this is the first time they used the technology on a Muppet!

The Imagineers put Scooter in a motion capture suit to accurately capture the performance by David Rudman and make the most realistic Muppet Audio-Animatronics figure ever.

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring The Muppets is now open at Disney Hollywood Studios. 

Breaking: Scooter & Skeeter Re-Join Muppet Babies!

Ever since Disney rebooted Muppet Babies fans have been asking if Scooter and his twin sister Skeeter would be part of the show.

According to EW, not only do we now know they will BOTH be appearing on the series, but we also know when ......in the two-story May 22nd episode.

In "Win a Twin," the Muppet Babies find Scooter a replacement twin when he can't have fun without Skeeter.

Then in "Skeeter and the Super Girls," Skeeter tries to fight crime as superhero, Top Speed, without her glasses.

Muppet Babies Renewed for Third Season!

Disney Junior has ordered a third season of the rebooted Muppet Babies. 

So far details about the third season are primarily behind the scenes. According to Variety, Matt Danner, who previously served as co-producer/supervising director, will now serve as co-executive producer with Tom Warburton and supervising director for season 3. Danner also voices the role of Kermit. Chris Moreno is co-producer and art director, and Robyn Brown serves as story editor.

They also said that we should expect to see Scooter and Skeeter, Sweetums, the Swedish Chef, Vinny (Rizzo the Rat’s popstar brother), and Mr. Manny, who fills in for Miss Nanny for a day to appear during season 2 of show,which premieres August 9 on Disney Channel.
