The US Postal Service announced a set of Sesame Street stamps will soon be available.
The stamp art features Big Bird, Ernie, Bert, Cookie Monster, Rosita, The Count, Oscar the Grouch & Slimey, Abby Cadabby, Herry Monster, Julia, Guy Smiley, Snuffleupagus, Elmo, Telly, Grover and Zoe.
Art Director Derry Noyes designed the stamps.
All 24 stamps will be issued as non-denominated (55¢) forever stamps.

This will be Big Bird's second USPS stamp appearance after being included in a 1996 set of stamps honoring the 1970's.
In 1986, Sesame Street created this insert to show how stamps are made. Now the iconic Muppets of Sesame Street themselves will be gracing the front of the postage.
