TOMS seems like a good company for Sesame Street to partner with. For every pair of TOMS shoes you buy, a new pair is donated to a child in need and TOMS has already donated more than 75 million pairs of shoes to children in need around the world.

The line's shoes come in both adult and children's sizes, though the adult sizes are only for women.
