The pins are part of D23's "Muppet Mayhem" week celebrating Muppet Treasure Island's 25th Anniversary and The Muppet Show coming to Disney+.
The pins were made in gold enamel by Disney artist Sofi Ouhri and each is limited to 1,500. Because of they are limited editions, only 1 pin of each style may be purchased per Gold membership.
