The Jim Henson Company is celebrating 70 years with a unique first-time-ever opportunity for fans to visit the exclusive Jim Henson’s Creature Shop in New York City for two days only on October 9th and 10th. A limited number of tickets will be available for tours of this iconic destination where characters from the Company’s legendary productions have been created. Tickets will include a meet and greet with producer/director/puppeteer Brian Henson (Labyrinth, The Muppet Christmas Carol, Muppet Treasure Island) as well as a look at the Company’s archives, a puppetry demonstration, photo ops, and more.

The Jim Henson Company is celebrating 70 years with a unique first-time-ever opportunity for fans to visit the exclusive Jim Henson’s Creature Shop in New York City for two days only on October 9th and 10th. A limited number of tickets will be available for tours of this iconic destination where characters from the Company’s legendary productions have been created. The 2 ½-hour tour experience will also include a special presentation with Barbara Miller, Deputy Director for Curatorial Affairs at the nearby Museum of the Moving Image, home to The Jim Henson Exhibition. And finally, attendees will also enjoy seeing unique puppets and props from The Jim Henson Company’s 70-year history and be able to take home commemorative collectibles to remember this exclusive once-in-a-lifetime visit.
Tickets are $300 (plus tax and fees) and are on sale now.
