While the show is obviously aimed at younger kids, I enjoyed how true to the spirit of the original and the characters were. Adults can enjoy all the other Muppet references scattered, hidden, and clear as day in the background.
Another great things about the series is the textures. While it's not puppets (nor was the original) each character, with exception of Miss Piggy, feel like they could be! You can see Kermit's and Summer's fuzz, but the real standouts are Fozzie and Gonzo. The texture artists did a great job making them look like their felt counterparts.

Very end gives credit to Jim Henson which is a great touch as well.
Interestingly, they call it "The Muppet Studios" in the credits, but call it "The Muppets Studio" in the closing tag.
