Sam Eagle & Rizzo are the last of Diamond's originally planned Muppet action figures. The figures were first announced at Toy Fair in 2018 and last night a pre-order link went live last night on Big Bad Toy Store who is one of Diamond official distributors.

It's the American Way! The next Muppets action figure set has arrived, and it is Sam the (American) Eagle and Rizzo the Rat! These figures are in 7 inch scale, with Sam at 5 inches tall and Rizzo at 3 inches tall. Like all Select figures, they feature multiple points of articulation and come packaged in a full-color window box. Accessories include a podium, spotlight, phonograph, easel and an in-scale "Sam for President" poster.
