I’m so looking forward to Muppets Haunted Mansion on Disney+ (out in October)! But is there any word of Rizzo the Rat being involved? The character hasn’t been seen in anything other than Muppet Babies in recent years, and he seems like he would be perfect for this special. – Dave
See, now this is the sort of unusual question I live for! So I asked around, and I can confirm that eagle-eyed viewers may catch a glimpse of Rizzo during a spooktacular, show-stopping musical number.
Muppets Haunted Mansion will be released exclusively on Disney+ this fall.
It's the American Way! The next Muppets action figure set has arrived, and it is Sam the (American) Eagle and Rizzo the Rat! These figures are in 7 inch scale, with Sam at 5 inches tall and Rizzo at 3 inches tall. Like all Select figures, they feature multiple points of articulation and come packaged in a full-color window box. Accessories include a podium, spotlight, phonograph, easel and an in-scale "Sam for President" poster.

Walt Disney Imagineering hid hints of Rizzo, his extended family and friends who have visited PizzeRizzo over the years throughout the two-story quick-service location.
