New York Comic Con was held this past weekend and we spotted all kids of Henson related items throughout the Javitz Center.

Once again there were plenty of Henson-related art to found. Below is just a sampling of what we found:

Bootlegs:

There was plenty of rare Henson bootlegs available at the show. We were especially surprised to see copies of Dog City and The Jim Henson Hour.

There were was also a much of bootleg Muppet magnets as well.

A few booths had some newand recently released toys like The Dark Crystal  ReAction figures,

Diamond Select's SDCC exclusive Electric Mayhem box set,

and the Weta Jareth and Sarah Limited Edition Mini Epics.

While Diamond Select had their latest Muppet action figures.

Amongst a sea of non-Henson mystery boxes we found a Labyrinth mystery box full of new items from Surreal Entertainment.

Toy Tokyo had some imported Sesame Street items including Hidden Dissectible blind boxes and and flocked Elmo Bearbrick

Good Smile Company showed off the prototypes for their upcoming Sesame Street line.

We spotted a the Kid robot Kermit banjo plush, some Labyrinth plush, and the Master Replica's Kermit replica.

Toys Vintage:
There wasn’t a whole lot of vintage toys to be found, but what we did find was some international Sesame Street finger puppets and the Big Bird and Cookie Monster Tara Toy action figures.

As well as the ordinal Yoda toy head molds.

Shirts and bags:

Pins:

Many booths had Henson- related pins,

including Little Shop of pins, who had new additions to their Fraggle Rock and Labyrinth lines.

Exclusives:
The only official Muppet exclusive we saw was this Statler and Waldorf “Unimpressed” T-shirt.
.

Other:

At the MeTV booth, we ran into fellow Collector's Call collector Tom and his daughter showing off some of their Lost in Space collection,

as well as the producers of MeTV’s Collector’s Call and Bill Less, the host of their morning cartoon show Toon In with Me.

We also spotted our friend Chris Smiliano (Smig), near the Collector's Call booth. He donated a postcard promoting the Jim Henson’s Fantastic World's exhibits 2010 stop in Massachusetts.

Smig and I stopped by Jay Fosgitt's booth in Artist Alley where he was selling copies of his Fraggle Rock comic work and Labyrinth sketches.

It was Jay's birthday so Smig gifted him with a Land of Gorch inspired caricature.

Panels:

Unfortunately, we weren’t at the con on any of the days when the Henson related panels were held, but you can virtually attend some via from fellow fans that were able to attend.
