Late Night "Muppet Show" Capsule!

Late last night, after ABC premiered The Muppet Show, Muppets Studios and Mickey's of Glendale released a capsule of products tied to the special.

This "Most Celebrational" release consisted of shirts, a hat, pins and more!

Short sleeve shirts for both kids, men, and women:

Long sleeve shirts:

A hoodie with a raised "Muppet Show" logo:

A Muppet Show hat, plush Kermit keychain, and Armadillo sticker. 

Ringer tee featuring Bunsen and an eyeless Beaker, and one of the more strange items - a Beaker eye stress ball:

And of course, pins featuring Kermit, Miss Piggy in a toga, Gonzo in his stunt attire, Fozzie wearing his thinking cap, Bunsen & Beaker with eyeballs, Statler & Waldorf in their balcony, and Kermit's tea cup and banjo all with a limited edition size of 750. 

If you missed out, don't feel bad, Disney dropped the link at 1AM EST. I'm pretty sure they meant to set it for 1PM by accident.

As of this post the pins and some of the larger size shirts are sold out but there is still many other items available using this link.  

New Muppet Apparel at WDW!

Muppet*Vision 3D may be temporarily closed for upgrades and repairs right now, but Disney has qulictly begun adding new Muppet apparel to the Stage One Company store.

While browsing through my local Urban Outfitters that other night, contemplating how they don't carry any Muppet stuff anymore something in another section caught my eye... is that ... a Kermit shirt?

Indeed it was! 

The "Pondering Kermit" shirt can be spotted at Urban Outfitter stores and online. Think about getting it!

First Batch of Muppet Babies Reboot Merch!

The first wave of Muppet Babies reboot merchandise is now available through the Disney.

The initial offerings mainly consist of shirts featuring the characters in both their new CG appearances as well as 2D "cartoon" versions.

Here you can see the CG version...

and the 2D version (with Fozzie and Animal reversed)...

So far, the only characters to get their own shirts, as they appear on the show, are Kermit, Piggy, Summer Penguin, and Animal, who is only available in black and white.

Everyone, but Animal, is also available in 2D. 

Each shirt is available in both toddler, child, and adult sizes and can be customized.

Atom Age Industries Teams Up With Henson Company!

Atom Age Industries, a retailer of T-shirts and licensed goods, has teamed up with The Jim Henson Company for a new line of items based on The Dark Crystal, Labyrinth, and Fraggle Rock.

Their initial Dark Crystal offerings include a t-shirt and a pin set.
