RIP George Martin!

George Martin, the man often known as the "fifth Beatle" died today. He was 90 years old. 

In 1989, Martin appeared along side Mark Knopfler and Patti Maloney on the criminally underrated series Jim Henson's Ghost of Faffner Hall.  Even though George Martin will be best remembered as the man behind so many Beatle classics, we couldn't think of a better way to pay tribute to him then with this hauntingly beautiful tune he co-wrote for the show with Mark Knopfler.

During our trip to Toy Fair we were told that in addition to the next wave of Muppet 
Minimates that a set of Pig in Space figures would be coming as a Toys R Us exclusive as well. 

While the figure were not shown at Toy Fair we now have a few images of what to expect from the Minimate Swine Trek crew:

"You Are the Sunshine of My Life" To Be Released As Single!

Jack White guests in the second episode of tonight's 2-part season finale of The Muppets, where he'll perform a rendition of Stevie Wonder's classic "You Are the Sunshine of My Life" with The Electric Mayhem.

In conjunction with the episode, the song will be released on 7-inch vinyl through White's Third Man Records and iTunes, and you. 

The song is already available to stream through Apple Music for subscribers as well.
